ok so heres a good idea everyone come up with 1 thing they will change or do different in september. It doesnt neccesarily have to be a permanent change just once for the whole month of september.
Mine is illgive up all pop. I already drink diet but i hear its bad in sodium.
So lets hear what everyones changing!!!

I second this I too must figure out my time between college student, mother, wife, babysitter, and my workout ASAP because this week and the week before I have been a mess.0 -

Now that the Darth Vader walking boot is coming off, (and if the doc OK's it) I will walk or do strength training every day in September. My goal is 130 by October 23 when I go to my college reunion!0

No dairy, No eggs, No red meat, no caffeine, no bread, no pasta, no flour, no processed food for the whole month.
Also gonna get strict about my calorie intake. I will get this last 15 lbs off now!0 -

I will drink 8 glasses of water a day.0

I will drink at least 12 cups of water/day (doctor's orders!) and will exercise at least 20 minutes EVERY DAY. On my "off days" it can just be a low-impact 20 minute walk around the neighborhood. There's NO REASON why I can't fit in 20 minutes of *something* every day. I've already been doing this over the last few weeks and would like to keep it up - I've been feeling fantastic since doing this.0

Continue my P90X and exercise more often. That is where I can sometimes get lazy....:embarassed:

I was planning on tracking my mileage walked/jogged for Sept. Right now I'm resetting my mileage every day but I think if I keep a total for the month it may push me to do more, and possibly even more in subsequent months.0

By not eating any cow's milk produce. No matter how good it tastes and how stressed out I am! This means reading all labels again which is so boring and going back to soya/goats/sheep replacements.

hmm i dunno, there's soooo many lol! I wanna be less harsh on myself when it comes to those weeks where you just don't lose anything. Instead of being happy that i didn't gain anything..i tend to beat myself up. I'm super positive when it comes to helping others but im my own worst enemy. So i'd like to change that. But this September i decided id ditch the bus or any kind of transportation. I'm walking everywhere even if it takes me 6 hours September = Fall and Fall = cool weather and i loveee it! Looking forward to walking and enjoying the pretty trees and those orange, red and yellowish leaves0

I would like to add out door hiking. I've been waiting for my ankle to heal and I think it is time to buy hiking boots with ankle support and get hiking.0

Iam going to start again clear out the clutter. The kids will be back in school and I really need to clear out drawers , cabinets and closets. Need to just get it done.0
