Boy, talk about a lurker! This is your first post?!
Great job! Now, come spend some time on the boards! If you’ve been worrying about having “cred”, you’ve certainly earned it! 🤣9 -
I'm posting today for the first time ever because i need to give myself some motivation. The 'after' photo in both these shots was in March 2020 at about 80kg, and i'm now sitting about 87kg (thanks Covid) and trying to get back on the wagon.
my Ultimate Goal weight is mid-70s, but I care more about how i look and feel and my fitness and body fat then actual weight.

I lost 75 pounds 4 years ago. In early July I noticed that some clothes were getting tight. Instead of letting myself go until I had regained all the weight like I had in the past, I got back to strict tracking. Today all those clothes that were getting tight fit perfectly again.39

This is one for gaining muscle. And a bad sunburn 😅
Just stay consistent in your workout regiment and diet and it'll eventually come over time

Beginning weight 261.5. Current weight 179. It has been a struggle the last six months or so but I'm still working at it.
