GYM...?

I'm curious to see what gym you all go to and what you like about it (: I'm currently a member of Planet Fitness and I LOVE it! Just talked to a personal trainer today ((:

I don't have a garage, so mine's the ghetto living room.

None yet. I've heard that my work has a deal with LA, so I'll probably end up going with them, provided the local one had acceptable hours.

I don't have a garage, so mine's the ghetto living room.

I'm about to do this at home, partition part of the living room off for a piece of gym equipment. Waiting a few more days for everyone to be busy at work and school and then it's MOVING furnitures day....Muahahhahahahaaaaaaaaaa!

Gonna be hard to hide your workout from the mister if it's in his living room

I use the free(for full time students) fitness center at my college. It has all the equipment needed, a swimming pool for laps, and a sauna. Did I mention it's free? ;) I also have equipment at home, treadmill, various weights, ball, pull up bar, etc.

University gym. I' thinking about maybe switching to Gold's because it's closer to home, but i can't justify that since I pay for my Uni gym with my tuition.

I got a membership for Christmas.

I LOVE it because there is a really skeezy local chain that I won't go back to that was the only gym in the area for years.

    It rhymes with "*kitten* Snitness"
(My current gym, not the skeezy one)
Yeah. I went there. :glasses:

Local private gym. It's ok, expensive, but not a lot of options around here. But it has what I need.

My husband's gym is the garage too. I have a small gaming center/art studio/sewing room/office/gym in our second bedroom!

i belong to a local gym that's focused on bodybuilding with people that compete, so it's smaller and not super busy and seeing extremely fit people makes you want to workout harder and it's awesome getting tips from people that are really educated in fitness.

I go to my local community centre gym. It's not the best, however I also get free access to the pool and I love how there are several around my area so I get some variety. :) It's also a lot cheaper than most other gyms, which is definitely a bonus. :)

My basement gym. Has a cage, barbell, hex dumbbells in various sizes, some sandbags, weighted vest, chalk...

...oh, and a couple of exercise balls to play catch...

...and a treadmill for part of my warmup (and for more steps when my friends are killing me in a fitbit competition)...

...oh, and a TV and I control the channel it's on.
