Technically, if the tea has caffeine then it will work as a diuretic. If it's caffeine-free tea then it will act the same as water.
You need to drink around 700mg of caffeine for the diuretic effect to make a noticeable difference. That's 7 cups of coffee.

I imagine that depends on the person. My mom's quite sensitive and if they swap the decaf tea for real stuff, she's in the bathroom 10 minutes later.

I sometimes notice the effects after one cup of coffee.

Tea doesn't count as drinking water but you can add lemon to your water to make it taste better.

I always imagine people who think like that as also wondering where bread disappears to when you put it in the toaster.

    I'll start.

"If you lay down after eating you will get fat"
I'm nitpicking but eating advice is not the same thing as fitness advice. Eating can impact fitness and vice versa... but not the same thing.

This is incorrect. Running *can* be bad for your knees under certain conditions... and running can be fine under certain conditions.

    Forgot my favorite:

You absolutely, cannot - under any circumstances - gain muscle while eating at a caloric deficit.
