T25...starting Monday, January 13th

My first day of Alpha Phase is this Monday and I wanted to see if anyone else is starting Monday too? I'd love a workout buddy!

  • Hi there, just want to encourage you, as my sister and I both started it last Monday, so 1 week done! :)

    I have done Insanity a couple times last year, not sure if you have done it also, but Shaun T is kinda the same in both, he pushes you hard, but at least T25 has a moderator so you don't have to keep up with his pace. Although with Insanity there were some breaks and there are zero in T25. I have to stop for a few seconds for water occasionally but they don't. The biggest thing I can say to you is don't get discouraged if you can't do it at their pace, remember they have already completed the 10 week program,

    My Fitness Pal is awesome because it keeps you accountable. Good luck to you both on your fitness journey!! :)

    Good luck! I just started P90X3 - I think it's all about accountability and having friends to walk through it with you!

    I started today! It was definitely tough. Having the moderator helps. Not having the water break stinks but would love to keep up with everyone's progress.

    My wife and I are starting Wednesday so our rest day will be on Monday, but let's do this.

    I started T25 today.
    I did first cardio session. I was 'sweating' at the end of session.
    Modifier Tanya is good when need a breather...

  • starting P90 on thurth 16 and looking for accountability partners (doesn't matter what program they are doing as long as its consistent excercise)

    I've already done one full round and loved it, I've done parts of it since then on my favorite workouts. I'm starting charlean extreme tomorrow and will add in t25 to do with it one most days too. That's the plan anyway. When I did the first round I was able to do other workouts so I'm going to give it a try with CLX

    You can totally do this! Remember, it's only 25 minutes and you will feel amazing afterwards!

    That's so awesome that your hubby is doing it with you. I'm not sure on the calories...I really need to invest in one of the Polar watches that counts the calories burned. I've heard it's anywhere from 200-300 which is awesome for 25 minutes!

    I am re-starting tomorrow as well as long as this nasty cough will allow me to workout. I have been sick nmost of December and got sick again this past week, I cant catch a break. I just finished Jillian Michaels Body Revolution and switching over to T25.Add me so we can do this together

    I have him using myfitnesspal now too, we were doing Lose It, but I just didn't like it as much as this. I'm starting at 6:30am!!! It should be interesting lol
  • I start week 3 on Wednesday (tomorrow is my break day yesssss!!) lol but I will join in with ya if you don't mind an odd day person. I'm getting discouraged since I've gained two pounds in the first 2 weeks so I could use the encouragement!
