Tonight, inspired by the "steak lady", I ordered the biggest steak I could get near by. A 35 oz top sirloin. I received a tee shirt for finishing it alone. I'm certain I could have done a second one ( fairly certain). Started with a large dinner salad, then the steak & a couple hundred grams of pan fried potatoes. Followed by a pint of Blue Bunny Chocolate Champion ice cream.
All within my calorie goals ( for cutting). As well as meeting micro & macro nutrient needs/goals. The moral of the story is, once again, you can eat whatever you want. You just need to fit the choices within your goals. I only stopped because I met my calorie goal, not because I was full.
I realized I needed more perspective. This is a standard size piece of garlic bread.
I wasn't happy with that perspective so this is a ritz cracker, which doesn't vary in size (much)
Full size dinner fork.
Last bite:
8 inch skillet piled high with potatoes
ETA: Stupid photobucket is messing with the sizes.

Well done! I can smell it from here, making me very hungry. I do have to laugh at that tiny little kale leaf sitting on the plate though.0

And you didn't invite me?

Living on the edge!
It was a decent cut of beef. Oak fire grilled amd seasoned nicely...a touch salty. Nothing to rave about quality wise, but no complaints. I would eat it again. Maybe a little better than your average Outback etc...0 -

Fair question. 3000 per day actually. Nets me an average (over course of cut) of a pound a week.0 -
Why did you have just 1 ritz cracker with you?0
