When was the last time you did something that disgusted you? This topic was on the radio a few days ago and it interested me to know more!

I last disgusted myself after I ate a full multipack of crisps :( I could not believe it!!! I just crumbled on my diet and scoffed my face lol

    It was last year. My breaking point. I eat potatoe chips like a whole packed, then I felt so sick (it must have been old chips or something) then I was throwing up all night. It was the last time I eat chips (it was february last year)

    I'm a total stranger, asking both of you who made these replies, to gently acknowledge that this is a kind of self-talk you're working to get away from, forgive yourselves for it because new habits take time, and consciously choose to think something positive about yourselves, just say the sentence in your head even if you don't believe it.     Christmas...I knew i was going to start my change Jan 1st so I ate everything I could in mean time...disgusting! So far this year i havent cheated once!! =) That makes me proud. I know I'll never go back to that old girl cramming her face on the couch =)

    Me that last thing I did that disgusted myself...

    I emailed an ex cause he was being a douche when I should have just ignored him...yup turned into a disgusting exchange about all the things he wanted to do to me now that he was single...:sick: :sick: :sick:

    I was disgusted with myself to think that ahole had changed at all...bleck.
