Because according to all the whiners I can't:

*Wear deodorant to the gym
*Wear perfume to the gym
*Run on the treadmill next to you
*Wear make up to the gym
*Use my phone at the gym
*Socialize at the gym

I want a gym where the girls all wear cute outfits, nice perfume, proper makeup, and prance around in the mirror while lifting heavy

I kid, I kid :flowerforyou: << there's another flower for you.

Could care less what anyone else does in the gym, I don't really even notice what they're doing when I'm there.

Today at the gym there was a guy sitting at the bike taking a nap!!! I kid you not lol and you know what aside from finding this highly amusing I could care less. You pay for a membership do what you want to (within reason lol). Because I'm there doing me :) not worrying about you doing or 'not' doing you.

Just don't ask me to work in while I'm doing my circuit with the bench, squat rack, and the lat pull-down.

You're obviously allowed to wear baggy unflattering clothing, look as crappy as possible, smell terrible while lifting and/or using an cardio machine with a one machine buffer on either side. If you're lifting, whatever you do don't look around at other people, talk, text or do anything remotely productive looking in-between your sets. Sit still and look straight ahead or, better yet, down at the ground in case people think you are watching them or judging them because they're scared of the gym and all the judgy muscle-bound weight lifting meat heads.

*goes home to throw out all remotely attractive or revealing workout clothes*

Really, all gyms should just close, and everyone should work out at home, so as not to offend the sensibilities of anyone else in their general space.

who cares about a gym. I don't go and I haven't gone in years and I can assure you that I'm still having the best training of my life at home for free! Going to the gym is just to socialize or show off. Just my opinion though. The only way I'd see myself going to the gym is if I was in an area where I wanted to do some deadlifting and no where could I fit a barbell at home and drop it on the ground without breaking something.

Putting that aside. stop being one of those people that **** around at the gym. You are there to train. You want your results? go for it.

None of the things posted by the OP are really inconsistent with working out and getting results. Socialising perhaps but if it's before or after your workout or in-between sets then it really shouldn't matter
