    Sadly you don't get immediate feedback. The data you have are worthless, at least with respect to knowing if what you're doing is working. It isn't fat retention or fat loss. It isn't muscle gain or muscle loss.

    You have to stay on the horse for a little while. Your weight will fluctuate.

    Scale stomping that's brilliant.

    I've tried blowing all the air out of my lungs in desperation, not drinking water in the night, it's sooooooo ridiculous.

    Now I believe more in the calories in out and have FAITH. Scale can screw itself.

    You're not like me and have problems delaying gratification do you by any chance?:wink:
