hello everyone, I am trying to incorporate some mcts into my diet. Don't like the taste of coconut oil, so is ghee a good alternative?
I've started cooking in ghee due to its low smoke point, currently am limiting my daily ghee amount to about 10-12 gms

You consume 360-720 calories of ghee a day? There are much better choices of calories like whole foods or olive and avocado oils. PUFA/MUFA are linked to improved health, while most SFAs do not carry the same association.
But in terms of cooking foods, I use Ghee, olive and avocado oil, and the occasional bacon fat. But most are in small portions.
Btw, OP hasn't been here for 6 years.6 -
Ghee is just clarified butter. You can easily make it yourself.2
