Thank you, just what i was looking for!!
This was one of the first ones I did. I lost 12 pounds in the first 8 weeks.
What do i do about the pull ups? it says do 10-12 reps 3 sets, but i can only do 5 and then i'm done lol
Do assisted ones after you fail. You can either use an assistance machine or a band.

Yeah i think we have some of those bands at the gym. Thanks for the help. Would the lats pull down machine do the samed sort of thing?0 -
