Smashed avocado on toast with a pinch of sea salt. YUM!
That's my fave too (plus some fresh black pepper)! And in the summer with a couple of fresh tomato slices, as well. You just can't go wrong!0 -

breakfast for dinner! 2 or 3 eggs (or make an omelet if I feel like it/have veggies and cheese available) and an english muffin with PB. This is always what I make when I desperately need to hit the grocery store.
I've also been known to make "whatever soup". Chicken broth if I have it (or water and boullion) and toss in whatever veggies I have in the fridge and beans usually. Sometimes I put a little pasta in it too to make it a little more hearty.0 -
1. A handful of broccoli slaw (no dressing or anything), drizzled with a little EVOO and whatever protein I cooked in the fridge on top which could be chicken, steak, turkey burger, salmon, etc. Toss in a few grape tomatoes and takes under a minute!
2. Small natural peanut butter and banana sandwich on whole wheat is a good pre/post-workout meal
3. Hardboiled eggs, cooked over the weekend
4. Baby carrots with hummus or a honeycrisp apple with peanut butter
5. If i am having a sweets craving, a square of dark chocolate with a small glass of milk or for something savory, a dill pickle spear does the trick!0 -
