This is a great idea! Today is my first day to the site and I think this challenge will help me. I hope it's not too late. If not, there are 12 weeks left so I want to lose 22 lbs by Christmas. CW: 211 GW for Christmas Challenge: 189.

Becca, I had u marked down for 2lbs lost and I can remember what ur starting weight for the challenge was either, so I'm not sure what to mark u down as.. I know you wanted to lose 40lbs.. was that to get to ur GW? Maybe that will tell us how much you've lost since u started??

According to my scale I lost 8.8lbs this week. :noway: So I have 13.2 lbs to go.
OMG! I thought my scale was broken. So I moved the scale several times and it stayed the same. So, I put my son on the scale because I know how much he weighs and it was accurate. This is CRAZY. I know since joining MFP it has been a drastic change in my nutrition but Ive been exercising prior to joining. Maybe the reason for the big weight loss is because Ive been sick this week. I'll wait and see what happens next week before I get too excited.0 -
i'll give some results next week , i can't give you any results this week because of TOM, plus terrible head cold and bad sore throat, but i'm still doing my workouts.0

today since it's my day off from work i'm going to catch up on some jillian michaels 30 day slim down i missed such as yesterday the no more trouble zones x 2 pretty much i want to make this day a last chance workout...ONE OF THEM...LOL0

just finished one of the jillian michaels 30 day shred level 1 of the days i missed 2 more and i'll be up to date...it's still october 7th here where im at which is california
you know i don't log them in as anything on mfp because i don't know what to log them as...lol...i'm guessing circuit training??? if anyone knows for sure please let me know0 -

OK so i just signed up to start a couch to 5 k challenge that's starting on october 11 on MFP....i've never done anything like this before so along with my jillian michaels 30 day slimdown program i'll be doing this too
i was wondering how in the world i was going to do this after i signed up for it...was i needing to look at my cell phone the whole time i was doing this or what??? my cell phone has a stopwatch mode anyways so i looked on the internet for like a couch to 5k music thing...and sure enough i found it :-) below is the link to it

after ur walking interval is up it makes like a chime sound...and very NOTICEABLE....and it does the same thing as when ur jogging interval is up...it does play music so its not like there's someone saying for u to start walking or jogging every so seconds....like i said that's what the chime sound does0
