    First off -- wowie zowie on the weight loss and exercise. Secondly -- OMG on the booty/body transformation. That is off the charts incredible. Booties the world over are twerking with glee. I am SO inspired to see this, too, because my trainer has me doing a zillion squats and I can finally see the flabby flat bottom lifting, one inch, two inch, and now I am starting to notice a real difference. When I see you, I know it's all for the good of the bottom. Thanks for sharing!:flowerforyou:

    Awesome! I think I am going to start T25 after I finish with Body Revolution. How did you like the program?

    I love love love T25, a 25 minute work out, 5 days a week, yup it's all good.

    That is fantastic! You look amazing. I am older and sadly my butt has drooped & flattened. I hear you on the squats but I cannot do since I have a knee replacement & the other knee is pretty bad. Any other suggestions for exercises to strengthen & round? Also what is T25? I am still learning a lot from MFP.

    Sorry work has me crazy right now and not able to answer everyone right away.

    T25 is Focus T25, it's a Shaun T. Workout, the same guy who made Insanity. If you have knee problems I would talk to my doctor and find out what he/she would suggest.
