I've cut out added sugar and white flour. My cravings for sweets are gone. My kids had cupcakes the other day and I didn't even want one. But if there is a bag of chips within 100 feet of me, watch out! I cannot buy chips ever because I have no self control when it comes to chips...

Nuts (pecans, hazelnut, cashews and almonds mostly). I can eat a can of nuts or more in a day with straining myself. I'm getting better at eating them in moderation though.

Nutella... it's bad. I've gone through one of those large jars in 3 days... just a heaping spoonful here, and a heaping spoonful there... I'm kind of ashamed just thinking about it.

Chocolate, caramel, sweets, marshmallows, ice cream, biscuits and BREAD. I was practically living on just cinnamon toast for the longest time! And when the cinnamon ran out I used plain sugar, and when that ran out I used nutella, and then jam with peanut butter, and then just jam sandwiches.... you get the picture xD

    good quality chocolates

Nothing else calls my name like those do. I'm generally good with portions, moderation, sensibly enjoying treats - but I can't relate to people who have a big box of See's dark chocolates on a shelf for 2 months. What?!
