    I am on this site because I find it to truly be the best site when it comes to easy tracking, support, etc. Plus I am here to lose weight, like the vast majority of people. I absolutely think this site is 10 million times better than any other site.

    log food, log workouts, make friends with people who are either going through or have gone through this same journey whether that be to lose tons of weight, only a little weight, bulk up, tone up or maintain. Also, because I wanna look hot naked.


    Oh and the message boards are awesome too, even though sometimes I find that they do exactly the opposite of what this site is intended to do, not sit on your butt trolling the web and MOVE..... BUT, again the message boards are awesome and totally worth the sedentary moments.
