I'm on here for my health.. no.. really I am! lol. I was recommended this site, by a friend, and I love it. So easy and straightforward to deal with, and there are all you lovely people to help and advise if we have any issues or problems. I think 2014 is going to be MY Year, and I look forward to posting a before and after pic at the end of the year0

To keep track of any crap or outrageous calories I might ingest on a daily basis... for the most part I eat pretty healthy (I have to be gluten, lactose and sugar free). On occasion when I go out to eat somewhere and I have to enter that food on MFP, I am so shocked. In one sitting at Red Robin (love that place though...great food), I can consume over 900 calories. All I usually have is Gluten Free bun with my burger and gluten free sweet potato fries so it isn't like I'm eating a lot of food. I need that reality check and entering the information on this site is personal accountability and self awareness. :-)0
