At this point it's just habit and muscle memory, "don't feel like it" just doesn't compute. By the time I realize that I just don't feel like it today, I've already done it, so "don't feel like it" is already irrelevant.

    Rigger

    I like this.

    This is pretty much me.

There is no "I don't feel like it"

Well- there is- but there is no time to dwell on it- the bags are packed- there is no time or waste to ponder and consider otherwise- I just go do it.

Take the emotion out of it- make it a priority- make it an "appointment"

    I don't feel like showering.
I don't feel like going pee when I need to.
I don't FEEL like going to work.
I don't FEEL like cooking and eating.

But I do. Because these things need doing.

    So you do them.

    Monday is lift day.
    then dance.

Tuesday is dance- like it or not- I go. it has nothing to do with feelings.

When I don't do what I planned to do, I beat myself up about it. When I do what I planned to do (and do it well) I feel happy.
So when I don't feel like doing something I give myself the choice:
    - Suffer a little now but feel plenty happy and good afterwards
    - Suffer a long time while putting myself down and hate my self for lack of commitment

Suffering a little seems like the lesser evil, so I usually just do what I set out to do.

Problems only start when I forget to make plans...

I remember what it was like to be in so much pain, all over my body, that I couldn't move or do anything except lie down, unable to sleep, with burning pain anywhere my body touched the bed, wanting to die. I don't have to go there often. I'm mostly in autopilot mode these days.
