    I just found out that we might be getting a cyclone on Thursday/ Friday and my husband has friggin guard duty all day Friday until Saturday morning.

    GRRRRR. And now we need emergency supplies.

    The fact that my husband is 6foot 4 and 180 pounds. I'm 5 foot 8 and 429... And he WILL NOT EXERCISE WITH ME OR AT ALL. And he eats a 2000 calorie plate of chili potatoes right in front of me for breakfast and and and.......... I feel like there's no support coming from him. This is something I'm going to have to do on my own and it sucks ... he has it so easy with his fast metabolism and height. Seriously.... :(:(:( I wish he could know just how much I need his support to do this or I'm going to die young. But he'd rather be online on a game 24/7. Nothing wrong with gaming but you have to get up and DO STUFF (other than work).

    I've got a similar problem. My husband is a big beefy guy who works out at work all the time and skips the stuff we plan on doing together at home. Gr.
    That and he eats like a cow. So I have to stop him from doling out my meals so he doesn't give me giant portions like he eats (hello- might have been part of the problem with gaining weight in the first place.).

    The fact that I'm tired and want to go to sleep and can't because I am at work. Might be one of those power nap at lunch kinda days around here, in 3 hours 15 mins... and counting. I hate doing 20 hour days on my work week. Yesterday was only a 19 but even that extra hour of sleep didn't do too much

    COLD COLD COLD, -38C tomorrow, lay off winter. This morning it wasn't as cold, but there were treacherous snowy roads that made my commute double in length. I am very over winter.

    Like, you must eat 6 times a day to lose weight. That eggs and fats are awful for you.

    I really hate reading bad advice and there are at least 3 people per forum post spewing bull****. If you're going to do these arguments at least balance it with studies. Or maybe I'm the only one that reads studies.
