Anybody new to P90X?

    Superdave, thanks for all the tips. question for you. I like doing indoor rock climbing and hiking. I hate to give those up but want to maximize my P90X results (finishing up month 1). I have worn a heart rate monitor on both and am burning about 800 cal on hike and 600-800 cal on rock climbing in just over an hour. What do you think about replacing kenpo x / plyometrics with these? Perhaps even yoga?
