Super Bowel Prep

OMG I always eat too much at football parties! I always have difficulty just passing.

Every year I eat nothing but junk food and regret it for like a week!!

Does anyone have any ideas for a Super Bowel party so that I'm not so impacted by it?

    NO.

Thank you but if you didn't have any ideas you didn't need to tell me you didn't have any ideas. I mean. I wouldn't, I would have assumed that. I would have assumed that if people didn't say anything they didn't have any ideas.

Or are you saying no to football parties?

That sounds like an Italian one of those cured meats like pastrami or pepperoni. Does it suppress appetite or something? I'm sure I could bring some with me (it's not my party) and just snack on it during the gane.

What, cauliflower wings and cauliflower beer aren't enough to help move things along?

You may want to try some psyillium husks and plenty of water for your Super BOWEL problems.

    Oh my god, me too.

I just go upstairs while everyone is downstairs having a good time. I'd rather be alone and isolated that eat junk that is going to destroy my progress.

I think that's what cartoon alligators tell their young ones: "if you don't have any ideas don't say anything at all." What, you haven't seen that movie? Nobody has. And with lines like that, is it any wonder?

    Everything in moderation.
Can you eat before you go?
Plan ahead using the food diary and estimate how much beer and wings you can have beforehand.

I assume you mean "passing" as in "saying no" to the foods at the parties?? If so, whenever I am in a party setting, I like to try to pre-log my food as much as possible (I know you probably don't know what will be available to eat before you go) or at least try to look at the nutrition info on the bags of food, if possible, to just remind myself that some of these things do have a lot of calories. If you are in charge of bringing something, maybe bring a relish tray of veggies or fruits. Even if you have a yummy dip, you can try to fill up first on the fruits/veggies (nutrition-dense) and then maybe you won't be as "hungry" for the more calorie-dense stuff. I love that football party food, too! Good luck - you'll be fine, just keep trying to make better choices!

But you'd just expel the citrate through your respiratory system, because citrate is involved in cellular respiration.
