For a football fan who wants to pig out on Sunday, here’s how much cheap beer they would need to consume in preparation for the big game and a few dieting tips to help along the way:
Thursday – 22 cans
Friday – 16 cans
Saturday – 13 cans
Sunday – No beer until after kick-off
Don’t eat more than 50g of carbs per day, you’ll more than make up for it on Sunday.
Don’t eat fruits, sugars or starches… as a matter of fact, f the vegetables too (especially the really dark green ones). In reality, these are carbs that should be avoided entirely in your lifetime. Leafy vegetables like spinach and cruciferous vegetables like broccoli and cauliflower are loaded with things your taste buds don’t want and should never be seen at any decent party.
Eat meals that contain a lot of protein and fat. Load up on processed, low-quality meats… Slim Jim’s are an excellent choice.
Don’t forget to add salt to everything.
Sit in your gym’s bathroom for hours at a time, preferably right after peak meal times. This will help to prep your senses for the movements after the big game has ended.
Do you really think starting out four or five days out is enough? That seems like a guaranteed way to get injured. I mean, I wouldn't run a marathon after training for a week with a couple of jogs around the block.0 -
