Twinkies, Ho Hos and ding dongs- but if we have a zombie apocalypse and these are the last things I am totally eating them
But Ho Hos and Ding Dongs aren't bad. The chocolate outter coating (unlike Twinkies) keeps the bad stuff from getting in. Right?0 -
OP, Fat Sick and Nearly Dead, and all other "documentaries" like it are going to rot your brain and make you seem unintelligent. Besides, everyone knows that ALL foods are bad because they have a chemical makeup, and chemicals are poison. Incidentally, I was unaware until yesterday that American food is especially toxic and kills Japanese babies. Thank you Algore for your interwebs, now I'm edumacated. :noway:
Rigger
this was eye opening to me too. glad i never fed MY babies American food!
I'm just glad my kids didn't come out Japanese, aside from the serious issues I would have with my wife, the poor kids would have been poisoned by my American diet. Luckily, my kids are American and have managed to survive all the toxins.

Too much of anything will kill you. Except sexy time.
Oh you say that now, but have you ever seen the horrors of death by snu snu?0 -
Nrigger, what are you talking about with the dying Japanese babies?0

Coka-a-Cola...when it was first produced.
And I hear Nuk-a-Cola is particularly bad for you.0 -

Didn't you see Zombieland? If there's a zombie apocalypse, there won't be any Twinkies left!0 -
I have thought there were healthier and not so healthy foods since I was a teenager, that was when I started paying attention to what I ate...and that was WAY before the Internet, most of us didn't have a computer back then.0

I'm torn and don't know what to think, I read that pizza is bad because it has flour, cheese and meat on it but then I see that the US congress deems it a vegetable source for children in schools!?
As a daycare provider this drives me up a wall!!!! Pop tarts are also considered a fruit serving!!!!0 -
For the record, my reply to this thread was sarcasm, I actually thought the OP was joking...
If the OP wasn't being sarcastic, then an alien has now possessed him, and everyone should reset their passwords.

Everything is bad for you. Even water makes it hard for you to drop weight (or so I've read on these forums.)
I'm on a strict air and sunlight diet now.0 -

So is the tomato sauce that comes with breadsticks at the schools.0 -

Yeah like all the fat toxins that float around in the air while you are cooking it and are then absorbed by other foods.... such as twinkies...0 -

Yup! Oh and ranch dressing is a dairy serving. And ketchup if given in a 1/4 cup serving can be considered a vegetable.0 -
I was being sarcastic in the OP, but there's seriously a lot of foods that I would not even know there were negative stigmas to (other than specific individuals having allergies to specific foods) without boards like these. Especially in their "whole food" forms.0

Hey definitely! Bluebery PopTarts = not-so-fresh fruit
I still say tomato is a veggie though, so marinara is totally veggie, not fruit
Pizza is all food groups, unless you are too picky about toppings! :grumble:0 -

Don't forget about water toxicity, and it is possible to drink too much water and throw off your sodium/potassium balance.
Stop eating, drinking, and go curl up in a hole in the ground!0 -
