    BRILLIANT!
    Now, confession time.
Last year I jumped on the bandwagon for about two weeks. I was very anxious and stressed and I was having a bad time digesting high-carbs meals. Then one day I ate some seitan (90% gluten) and I felt sick for hours. My brother has Chron's and he started with digestive issues too, so I was scared to go and see a doctor and I bought all sorts of gluten-free stuff. It obviously didn't work, the problem solved itself over time. I still have some expired corn pasta somewhere.

I have horrible stomach issues for the past 8 month, in which they cant figure out anything. I have been tested for everything... the whole gluten thing also... yet they keep saying "I still think its gluten even if all your blood tests and such are negative"... It's a fad the Dr's are even blaming stomach problems on. I believe a lot of people may benefit from taking it out- and I may have to. But I would love for them to DIG deeper before giving me a BS answers. End Rant.

Hey Mrs. Pong: My husband can have terrible stomach issues and he narrowed it down to soy intolerance. He's not allergic, but it causes him the worst bloating/pain/diarrhea you can imagine. if you can't figure it out, check your labels and take out any soybean oil, soy flour, soy protein, etc and you might see a difference. its in everything. Fermented soy doesn't matter, or soy lecithin, just the flours/oil/proteins do it. You never know it might help. t

I have Celiac, and I find this funny. Gluten free diet SUCKS. I have no idea why people who don't need to be GF would do this to themselves. The only reason I do is because I have no choice. It's expensive and all the "comfort food" sucks anyway. I stick to meats, veggies, yogurt.. I avoid the overpriced GF BS.

Hey guys, having your self-diagnosed illnesses critiqued is against the rules now :/
