Are you eating back your exercise calories? If you are, are you getting your calorie counts from MFP or from an HRM? I've found MFP to be on the high side, so if you ate back all of the MFP recommended calories that might reduce your deficit. If you are not eating back your exercise calories, then perhaps you might want to consider eating back some of them. Lots of reports of people who actually increase their calories and start losing again.0 -

Good job, peeps! Next week it's going to get into the 60s & 70s here and I'm going to get outside on my bike no matter what my pain levels are. I've gained 5 pounds (eating cake every day doesn't help). I'm okay with my weight, but I don't want to gain anymore. When I'm in pain, it's hard to motivate to ride inside because I hate it so much. The pain gives me an excuse to not ride indoors. But I'll get out and ride a mile or two next week even if it kills me. Haha.
