8 week Lean and Mean Challenge

Howdy All,
I have used this app for a very long time. I started out using it heavily for the food tracker. Great piece with being able to scan bar codes or the fact that the food were easily found in search. I could never do an app where I had to add all the nutrition as it took too long and I lost interest.
so quick thing about me
Happily married (20 years this year)
2 kids (7 and 14)
commute 62 miles to work then sit at a desk doing computer work all day
love beer, steak, wine and all the wrong things.
so I float in at 185-199lbs...
My kids do MMA (Mixed Martial Arts), travel soccer (I coach the youngest) and street hockey. This keeps us busy and sometimes we dont eat right but at least they get their exercise.
I finally signed up for an 8 week Lean and Mean challenge with our MMA place and that started on 1/12/14.
I weighed in at 199.6 and now am at about 188.8. I have plateaued and dont seem to be loosing any weight. Adding mass and strength is what I am getting now.
I have changed my food habits but got side tracked for the last 3 days. Just bought a NutriBullet as our blender broke a few days ago leading to me wondering on the wrong path.
so I cut Beer and Wine out (I brew and love the taste and enjoy a few beers a night)
Ice cream - we keep 4-8 containers in the house at all times and I nave not had any since start of training.
MMA - this is keeping me active 4 days a week and I am loving it!
so in my NutriBullet I will be blending up
Bunch of spinach, celery, 1 apple, 1 banana, water, 2 carrots, pineapple and lemon juice
Hopefully you can see this... before blender died...
