    February 24 Hour Workout

    2/1: 1 hour 15 minutes (Treadmill)
    2/2: 2 hours 30 minutes (Cleaning, Cooking, Stretching)
    2/3: 2 hours 15 minutes (Zumba and Treadmill)
    2/4: 2 hours 30 minutes (PT, Stretching, Treadmill and Beachbody Hip Hop Abs)
    2/5: 2 hours (Zumba and Treadmill)
    2/6: 3 hours 30 minutes (PT, Stretching, and Treadmill)

    Total: 14 hours
    Left: 10 hours

    02/02 - 225 minutes (HM ran and a little extra, 13.57 miles completed in total)
    02/03 - Rest Day (recouping from yesterday's run)
    02/04 - 65 minutes (spinning & weight training)
    02/05 - Rest Day (buggy knee)
    02/06 - 86 minutes (weight training, treadmill walking & spinning)

    Feb. 1: 60 minutes, 19 miles on the DeskCycle + 2-minute plank.
    Feb. 2: 2-minute plank.
    Feb. 3: 39:37 minutes of running (rounded up to 40), 3.11 miles.
    Feb. 4: 2:15-minute plank.
    Feb. 5: 2:15-minute plank.
    Feb. 6: 60 minutes, 17 miles on the DeskCycle + 2:30-minute plank.

    Here we go again - Month 2 of a new year!!

    24 hours = 1,440 minutes

    2/01 .............................walked 3.75 pace (average) for 60 minutes
    2/02 ............................. ran 7.25 miles (avg pace 9'35") for 69 minutes, walked cool down for 8 minutes Total for day: 75 minutes
    2/03 ..............................shoveling snow (yet again) - for 70 minutes Went out again for another 60 minutes Total for day 130 minutes
    2/04 ..............................ran 4.15 miles (avg pace 9'55") for 41 minutes, walked cool down for 9 minutes. Total for day 50 minutes
    2/05 ............................. ran 4.26 miles (avg pace 9'52") for 42 minutes, walked cool down 8 minutes, cleaning (moderate effort) for 90 minutes Total for day: 140 minutes
    2/06............................. Rest Day
    2/07 ............................ ran 6.25 miles in 60 minutes (avg pace 9'36") and then warm up and cool down walk at slow pace for 10 minutes Total for day: 70 minutes
    Total Done: 525 minutes

    Just wanted to compile my activities in one post for easier reference next time.

    2/2/14 - 1 hour TRX, 15 minutes running at 5.5 mph = 75 mins.
    2/3 - 26 minutes of running
    2/4 - 60 minutes of TRX
    2/5 -Rest day
    2/6 - 60 minutes Tabata TRX

    221 minutes completed
    1,219 minutes left

    OK, I'm in!

    Sat 2/1 - 60 min HIIT yoga
    Sun 2/2 - 75 min hot power yoga
    Mon 2/3 - rest day

    Tuesday 2/4 50 minutes of Group Power
    Friday 2/7 60 minutes of hot power yoga

    Starting time = 1440 minutes
    Exercise time so far = 245 minutes
    Time remaining: 1195 minutes
    (yikes! that is 400 minutes a week for the next three weeks...)

    I'm in!!
    I just did 1 hour & after I was done, I thought "I don't KNOOOOOW???", but I got to. After I catch my breath I may change my mind..........
    treadmill: 30 minutes, 3.0 speed, 1.36 miles
    Heathrider: 10 minutes
    Elliptical: 20 minutes, .37 miles, @38 speed

    2/4: 22 Hours to go !!
    threadmill 30minutes, 3.0 speed, 1.53 miles
    Health Rider 10 minutes

    Elliptical 20 minutes,
    last 5 minutes was so so hard,,,had to keep talking to myself "don't stop, don't stop, you can do this, you can do this" I made it !!:tongue:

    2/8 I added a Jane Fonda yoga routine today, just mostly stretching and some strength poses, it felt pretty good! I also did 35 min. of WII for a total of 50 min.
