    2/8 I added a Jane Fonda yoga routine today, just mostly stretching and some strength poses, it felt pretty good! I also did 35 min. of WII for a total of 50 min.

    I'm new here to MFP, but I am totally in for the challenge! Am I supposed to post every day or do I keep editing the same post? How does it work? I'll post what I have so far!

    2/6- 45 minutes (Walking on track at gym)
    2/7- 45 minutes (Swimming at gym)

    02/06 - 86 minutes (weight training, treadmill walking & spinning)
