2/8 I added a Jane Fonda yoga routine today, just mostly stretching and some strength poses, it felt pretty good! I also did 35 min. of WII for a total of 50 min.0

I'm new here to MFP, but I am totally in for the challenge! Am I supposed to post every day or do I keep editing the same post? How does it work? I'll post what I have so far!
