The slow, steady burn I feel all day long. Muscles shaking, sore....and the endorphin high!0

I have 2 moments. In the middle of my run when I feel like an unstoppable train. Then again, as I'm stepping out of the shower and think, yeah.....I did it again.0

Sweat pouring off my body as I lay there in a puddle. And seeing the difference the workouts make when looking in the mirror. Oh, and the pain. It's such a good pain.0

When I get really tired part way through a workout and I push through and make it to the end. I am stronger then I think!0

When my husband asks : Are you exercising again? I thought you exercised this morning.
He use to ask if we should get rid of the stationary bike because it was just taking up space. LOL0 -

I would say half way through when JM starts screaming and talking about going swim suit and pants shopping. I feel ny that point i want to quit but then somehow get an extra burst of energy and finish harder than when i started!0

When I get up the next morning after morning and feel more tighter and toned. Very inspiring when you see your hard efforts paying off little by little0

When people get on the treadmill that is next to me & they start jogging after I did but they get off the treadmill before I do. Gives me a little boost, even if they were only on it as a warm up0
