Nu-Salt! It's a salt substitute. It's potassium. Lots of it too in a tiny amount. I use this in my recipes and as table salt. Super easy.

My Dr. has me taking Potassium pills when she ran my blood work she said it was low the pills helped me I know you want it natural through your food but if that doesn't work consider the pills. Keeps me from feeling drained.

Just emphasizing that this should only be done under doctors supervision when you have truly identified a deficiency. Supplementing with potassium pills on your own in the absence of a true deficiency can lead to problems...you can have too much potassium (very rarely from food but more common with supplementation) that results in kidney issues.

Too much potassium can kill you outright - it's affects the electrical conductivity of the heart and cause cardiac arrest. In fact high or low potassium are listed in the 8 correctable causes of cardiac arrest on the international Resus guidelines
