You totally get what "this is a lifetime change" means. It means that you're in it for a lifetime. Some ups, some downs. No need to get there over night.

    Way to go!

Love this! And you look wonderful, btw! You have a killer waistline

I can take or leave the cookies, but anyone coming between me and my ice cream runs the risk of getting shanked.

    Love this!!!

    Also, love cookies.

Had an Oatmeal Creme thingy from Little Debbie less than an hour ago.

It's a little known fact that cookies make people smarter.

Haha. I probably shouldn't say 'minimal effort' (As I do take my lifting very seriously. I've had a rant of two about the Overhead Press lately...) but rather 'not the ball busting effort some people enjoy. Which is fine. Because they enjoy it. But I don't.'

Great work and I agree about the cookies. Oh, and bacon. Bacon tastes better than skinny feels.

And this is pretty much what I mean. I'm not going to do things I can't do forever. I can't give up the foods I love forever so if I had to sit down and make a choice between being 'thin' and having baked goods I'd go for baked goods. Does eating dessert nightly make my progress a little slower? Yes (but so does full fat dairy and I love that too soooo) but it also keeps me happy and comfortable and all those other nice things.

Thankfully the things aren't mutually exclusive.

Of course. Those are brownie cookies with cream cheese filling between. I made them for my husband's ship (And ate a fair number myself.) to rave reviews.

    Also these

Pumpkin cookies (with unfortunate looking cream cheese drizzle)

There is so much win in this post I don't even know where to start.

This and a few other success posts should be bumped to the top of the list every day so that new people don't eat only salads, starve, cry and quit!

    Congrats!
