Another one to add to the list is to avoid responding to attention seeking posts (racy photos, updates).

This. I don't stroke enough egos.

Did this thread make anyone else go through their News Feed and like everything on the list. I didn't know people were so touchy!
I try to communicate with my friends as often as possible.
Sending everyone a personalized message today as soon as I finish writing it.

Everyone on my list is special to me <3.

I have no clue what I'm doing, but I seem to lose a few every week and then fill up the slots with new friend requests. It's like a revolving door on my list or something.

I treated my friends list the same way with the personalized messages. Made some really great friends that way

One of the posts made me think of one for my list.

Writing the same inspirational message and posting it to every one of your friends profiles. If that is what I was looking for, I would buy one of these for my work desk.

Rate them 6 on the forum. That works quite well too.

I take it as a compliment when i get rated a 6

Unfortunately most of the ppl think 6 means 2 :(
Damn, I'm going to go around rating people 2, see what happens.
I'm imagining I'll go get reported, get a thousand angry PMs. Ehehehe.. Let it rain.

Net 600-800 cals a day. Ignore all concerned comments by others on your lack of cals. Be congratulated by clueless people when you lose a large amount of weight all at once. Continue to ignore concerned friends.

damn it you stole mine :D
but to add on to that be the person giving helpful advice to those with 600 nets

Send junk shots to everyone on your friends list and then post a thread on the forums about how none of them have congratulated you on your transformation.

So that's frowned upon huh? Who knew.

The only time I delete friends is if they CONSTANTLY post negative stuff about themselves and their progress. A little of that is totally understandable but I can't have someone on my wall with "I hate myself I'm fat n gross just ate a cheeseburger" and "Goin to start my diet Mon I can't do this OMG"

Consistently post about your terrible eating habits and not take advice.

    Not socialize whatsoever.

    Not post whatsoever.

Nicely tell them they cannot survive off of a 500 calorie clear liquid diet everyday while training to run a marathon. They will defriend you and tell you maybe you should try it and you might lose a few pounds lol:drinker:

Confuse them with math and they delete you after 10hours

    ^^^this! LOL!
  • Leave snarky messages about their food choices and question the validity of their exercise burns.

I admit to deleting friends if their diary is closed or pinned - not that I want to 'food stalk' but I do get curious about my friends diets and I keep diary open for them.

I don't think it's fair if they can see mine but won't share theirs - not very friendly. lol.

I also delete if they're inactive for several months (not logging in at all) - not exactly losing me in 10 days, but I like to keep a small friends list. :)
