    Not a big fan of avocados their to green haha. Oh yes I love nuts and seeds I love (and hate) the fact that you can have a handful and already have 200 cals, oatmeal is far to filling for me I can barely finish a bowl and the feeling of being full dosnt sit well with me which is why my meal plan is quite small , I'm planing to have one day a week where I get my cals from a 'unhealthy' sorce like maybe a big pizza or a 3 course meal out or just a day of yummy treats just so I can enjoy them without guilt but also keep the moderation mindset for when I reach maintaining. Thanks for the tips :)

    Having food allergies must suck :( well done for finding alternative ways to get you're cals in though! , I know what you mean about eating healthier and it being harder everyone just expects you to pig out on stuff when you need to gain weight and don't realise that a underweight person needs the nutrients from whole foods the most! Oh the bananna with the peanut butter is a good idea I've being eating them on their own, I'm boring.
