exercising while pregnant?

i have been doing atleast 3-4 days of 30-45 minute workouts a week. i mostly do jillian michaels or cathy syphers videos with 5 lb. weights. many of the exercises include things like lunges, squats, pushups, cardio, and abs. my hubby and i are talking about getting pregnant again, and i am wondering if these exercises are safe if i happen to get pregnant, but don't realize i am pregnant yet. with my first pregnancy, i was 3 months in before i knew i was pregnant. i did not exercise back then, though. just don't want to do anything to possibly harm a new babe, or to prevent me from getting pregnant. any advice would be appreciated, but i will probably just end up talking to my doc. thanks:)
