    Well, this is it. I'm going. :grumble:

    You can't leave! All the plants will die!

    I am back. Didn't die of boredom.
    Also, lifting must do something for my endurance as well, since I had no issues maintaining a moderate pace for an hour straight.

    I remember that almost 2 years ago when I first decided to exercise I had to stop after 7 minutes on the elliptical. Actually, I am pretty sure I threw up at one point in the first week.

    I had a similar experience when I started running for the second time.

    Running is the debil.

    Well there is a saying that i could roughly translate to "Sometimes, the debil looks so good you marry it.":devil:

    My legs have started to super bulk…

    But I lift 90kg on the leg press along with running for only around 10-20 minutes

    I leg press quite a bit myself. :bigsmile:
