how to recreate zumba effect with foot injury?

So here is my situation...
I injured my heel running a few weeks ago, so I cannot put my full weight on it for too long or use it in any high impact exercises. Jumping would most definitely cause me to cry at this point.
I am middle heavy, with a big belly and hip fat that sits on top of my rather small hips. Zumba has had an amazing effect on my mid section in the past. Doing it for 45 minutes 5 times a week for two weeks with minimal diet changes and no other exercise can slim me down a dress size.
I have an event in two weeks that I would like to look as slim as possible for. Any ideas on how I can recreate that hip area melting action that Zumba does for me without causing my foot pain or further injury? I have been doing planks and weighted crunches of all varieties (oblique especially), and have seen great improvement in the flatness of my front. But, I'm having trouble with those hip humps.
fyi: Female, size 20. I have been eating raw vegan since Jan 1st. I lift heavy 3 times a week and do a few hours of cardio throughout the week. Have access to gym, but no pool.
Any guidance would be super appreciated. Thanks!!!

Bike? If your foot allows it-great for butt!0

Do the "pump" in Zumba. just stand in one place and pump it. You know what I'm talking about. Also the hip circles are great for that as well. If you can handle it, do some merengue's and salas in a pool. It takes the weight off your foot.0
