Kettlebell

Hi, I love my kettlebell exercises, and I'm wondering how to enter these in my MFP? I usually do it for 20 minutes and it's a complete cardio/weight lifting exercise. Any help is greatly appreciated!

there is a bit in the cardio exercise thingy for kettlebells (sorry for the explanation)0

If I log a kettlebell workout I log it as aerobics - high impact. Difficult to measure calories burned in this type of workout0

i have been calling it circuit training under cardio for the last 2 weeks, I eat all my calories and still loose 1 lb each week.0

I would log it as circuit training. I use kettlebells but I use a heart rate monitor. I burn 200-220 calories in 20 minutes.0

I love kettle bells too. Super fast burn!0

I use my heart rate monitor for my kettlebell workouts too, because it IS so aerobic, and my heart rate never drops below 120. Seems to work for me!0
