Just some weight loss math. 1 lb = 3500 calories. Which means if you eat 3500 extra calories (or 500 extra calories for a week) you will gain one pound. Conversely, if you eat 3500 fewer calories (or 500 fewer calories every day for a week) you will lose roughly one pound.

In order to lose 15lbs in 30 days, you would have to create a caloric deficit of 1750 calories/day. (15lbs * 3500cal)/30days. This means if your current TDEE (day caloric requirements for all activity) is say 2000 (mine is 1990, I'm 51yo female, 5'4" and currently weight 197), in order to lose 15lbs, you will have to reduce your daily calories to 250 calories total. Or eat 2000 calories and exercise away 1700+calories. Completely impossible.

The reason I posted this is to show you how unrealistic your goal is. It just won't work, leaving you feeling defeated once again.

What works is a moderate caloric deficit over a period on time. Read this>>> http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/975025-in-place-of-a-road-map-short-n-sweet

for a good explanation. That's what works for me. I have been losing about 3lbs/month for the past year.

I sent you a friend request. We have a lot in common. I'm also 5'4 and around 210-220 lbs and I live in Georgia! I love that greasy Southern food but am having to eat differently. It sounds like your girls are great support. Good luck.
