    See mixed approaches like Lyle McDonald's UD2.0 or Berkhan's Leangains for examples of how these kind of approaches can be set up. Sidenote: they generally are more for people at the lower end of the bf scale. If you're not in the low 10's, you probably won't get much out of these approaches anyway.

    LM has some excellent (and wide-ranging) articles. I also like the fact that he's from a speed skating background originally and isn't necessarily tied ideologically to one kind of training modality.

    Possible at first but after a 7 months you wont be able to put on. The more muscle you have the more calories you will need to take in to keep gaining more and more!
