I think your tea was tainted. I hate any hint of licorice, but LOVE some Earl Gray.

That's possible. Or it was just a bad brand. I gave it all to my coworker who loved Earl Grey but I didn't ever ask her if she liked it.

All I know is it tasted awful and I never tried it again. I'm happy with what I drink, though. It makes my morning a happy place.
