Anyone else doing JM 30 DS and RI 30 combined together?

I just finished the first week of Level 1 doing 30 Day Shred followed by Ripped in 30. I have to say I was very skeptical about JM workouts, since I found them not challenging enough. But after combining these two and sticking to it for a week my body is experiencing some amazing changes. My core feels much more engaged in the workouts than it used to and I feel a noticeable improvement in my upper body strength. I'm not sure if it's a delayed response of finishing T25 (Alpha, Beta, Gamma) over a week ago or it's Jillian Michaels's technique, but my body is progressing beyond my expectations.
Would love to hear your experience with any of these programs.
Btw, I'm not following her diet plans ( I didn't with T25 either). I eat very healthy, no meat, very little and only organic dairy, nothing processed, mainly whole plant foods and occasionally some fish.
