I set my own macros using tools like the Scooby Workshop, the Fat2Fit Radio etc....

Sorry OP, for detracting from your original postI wonder the same thing too as I almost always go over on the sugar and sometimes the carbs (because I eat so much fruit - both whole and juiced).
Did you set the sugar yourself, or have you not run the goal setting since late last year ? MFP has a new sugar number, don't know if it is applied retrospectively.
