    What things you KNOW that you should do, but don't do?

    For me right now:
    -Have a "set" sleep schedule, because I just cannot sleep at a certain time sometimes.
    -Should avoid hitting the snooze button in the morning, but started again.

    I had to put my alarm clock on the dresser so I have to get out of bed to turn it off, that made me stop hitting the snooze button.

    I tried that. I get up. Hit snooze. Get back under the covers. Go back to sleep. Repeat. Now I just keep the alarm closer, so I can get that extra 30 seconds of sleep. :-D

    I'm thinking about stuffing superglue under the snooze button so it can no longer be pressed :angry: :angry: :angry: :angry:
