Right now Shinedown "If You Only Knew" is at the top of my list. But it changes from day to day.
  • This is going to sound ridiculous, but Don't Stop Believin' by Journey...it just gets me thinking that I can continue on!

Oh and "shake it out" by florence + the machine. Although when I'm on the treadmill listening to it, it gives me this really intense urge to skip lol. But I think people might stare at someone skipping on the treadmill.

Practically any song from Pitch Perfect (the movie). I just recently bought the soundtrack and put them all on my phone so I can jam out at the gym. First time at the gym since I got them on my phone was Tuesday....and I forgot my dang headphones. Going tonight, though, with headphones.:drinker:
  • Counting Crows - A Murder of One Live from the 10 Spot. Really helps me kick it up a gear when I'm out running and my Power Song on the iPod is We Will Rock You by Queen - Live at Wembley '86

When I'm running and getting tired and need a boost I immediately turn on "Can't Hold Us" by Macklemore. It's got the power.

"Diamond Eyes" by Shinedown or "Down With the Sickness" by Disturbed.

Try Disturbed's Meaning of Life from the same album, super fast and loud

As cliche as it may be, Eye of The Tiger by Survivor has helped me many of times through that last set or last half mile. Survivor by Destiny's Child works too.

    And this!!!

Dog Days Are Over by Florence + the Machines is always a good one as well. Ooooooh and Gabriella Cilmi's "Woman on a Mission"!!
    And Shake it out?

Sail by Awolnation. It's kinda difficult for me to run to, but it's good for lifting weights in my opinion.

Devil Driver does a harder rock version/cover, try it!

I have a handful for when I need to go to that dark place to push myself through it...

Metallica - For Whom the Bell Tolls
Limp Bizkit - Break Stuff (yeah, I know...)
    Korn - Make me bad
The Crystal Method - Tough Guy

There's more, I know I have more that get me moving. Those are the main ones
