As cliche as it may be, Eye of The Tiger by Survivor has helped me many of times through that last set or last half mile. Survivor by Destiny's Child works too.

    And this!!!

Dog Days Are Over by Florence + the Machines is always a good one as well. Ooooooh and Gabriella Cilmi's "Woman on a Mission"!!
    And Shake it out?

Sail by Awolnation. It's kinda difficult for me to run to, but it's good for lifting weights in my opinion.

Devil Driver does a harder rock version/cover, try it!

Most Eminem and Don Omar songs. But the lyrics in Till I Collapse by Eminem helps me go the extra few minutes.

I have a handful for when I need to go to that dark place to push myself through it...

Metallica - For Whom the Bell Tolls
Limp Bizkit - Break Stuff (yeah, I know...)
    Korn - Make me bad
The Crystal Method - Tough Guy

There's more, I know I have more that get me moving. Those are the main ones

God i have no one go to song for all things (hell I have 6000 give or take a few Vinyl albums hundreds of 45s a couple of thousand cds and a terabyte full of music )

For exercising right now I have a couple of playlists of assorted Northern Soul and Mod classics (and newer mod stuff like the Strypes)
Walking is my main method of exercise at the moment (5-7km a day , but building for a 20 km half marathon) if you don't know northern soul this video will give you a good idea of why I like to walk to it (though I don't dance like the old(like me) guy who comes in)

when I'm feeling really down and need to feel strong again I blast Helen Reddy I AM WOMAN without a doubt this song has gotten me through some tough times, i have now added Sarah Barellis BRAVE and of course Katy Perry's ROAR to my list of power songs.

We all need something that reminds us that we have the power inside of use to get through anything.

That said give me some Deep Purple or AC/C when i need a kick in the butt when I'm walking
