    While I wouldn't say she's a jerk, my younger sister is like this at times. She works out like a fiend in phases, so she's consistantly losing the same 20-30lbs every year or so. When she's in her high exercise - fad diet phase, she's the worst to be around. Right now she's into extreme low carb, and God forbid you say anything negative or contradictory about it.
