    Mar 23: 60 min., 18 miles on the DeskCycle + 4-min. basic plank + 1.45 x 2 side planks
    Total for March so far: 29.27 hours, 344.4 miles

    That may be it for me for this month. Monday will be a rest day, then surgery on Tuesday; then doctor and body will decide. Kudos to you all for all your hard work and perseverance. Keep on keepin' on! :heart:

    Thanks, Raasy! Spent the day doing final errands and personal prep and just relaxing -- surgery's in about 10 hours; need to be at the hospital in 6. (What, me sleep?) Will probably be offline for a couple of days after that unless my body gives me the all-clear. :smile:

    Hello all,

    I'm very impressed with what I've seen so far on here, well done.

    I'm not quite there yet, but enjoying trying, and I started on the 9th:

    9 : Dancing 2 hours

    Walking 30 minutes
    Strength training 15 minutes
    18: Dancing 2 hours
    21: Dancing 1 hour

    Total so far: 14 hours and fifteen minutes.

    Looking at that, I see that apart from dancing (these are lessons, so I'm not just dancing around at home) I'm really not doing very much exercise. Let's see what I can add to this over the next few days. I am certain I shall hit the 24 hour target (to be fair, I have at least six hours or dancing scheduled over the next few days).

    Will there be another 24 challenge in April?
