Water or a protein shake.0

1 protein shake (1 cup of 2% milk with 2 scoops of ON powder) + 3 hard boiled eggs (previously cooked and stored in the fridge) + 1 Centrum multivitamin
that's 580 calories, 22g fat, 77g protein.
this puts me well on my way to meeting my protein goal for the day. sometimes i'll add a banana (for the potassium, which adds another 105 calories) if i have them around.0 -
Southwest style egg beaters with a little bit of cheese stuffed in a bacon bowl.0

2-3 fried eggs (in coconut oil or bacon fat if I have it!) & a slice of toast with butter, half a banana and black coffee.
Or if I want really quick and easy, overnight oats. http://thelemonbowl.com/2013/08/overnight-refrigerator-oats-with-fruit-and-honey-mitten-moms-conference-recap.html0 -

I've been exhausted in the mornings since I started school. I work from 8:30-4 then I get ready and head off to school from 5:30-10:20. I get home at 11 and pass out. I've been grabbing a Muscle Monster on my way to work in the morning.
It's got 200cals per can with 25g protein and the vanilla and strawberry flavors taste incredible. All the protein holds me over until lunch.0 -
I keep a few hard boiled eggs in the fridge - grab 2 of those and a banana on my way to work. No cooking, no prep, just grab & go.0

I eat over night oats almost every day - the night before, mix 1 yogurt, 1/4 cup of oats, and 1/2 scoop of protein powder. The oats soak everything up and make it much more filling than just yogurt alone0

A packet of flavored oatmeal (cinnamon roll is my fav). 1 large egg. Mix...add a bit of milk to thin it down. Cook like a pancake. Eat with berries and a cup of milk.0
