I like trying out odd body weight things, just to try them. This morning I did tricep extension pushups. Basically, normal plank position, elbows under shoulders, arms pointing away from feet, palms down. Now raise up to a pushup, and then back down to elbows
I think these are called plank push ups which I'll be starting tonight0 -
Nearly torn my adductor magnus and shattered my ego.
Ahhh, this picture just made me cry a little. I still am having a hard time walking from this stupid machine LAST THURSDAY!!
Moving on to answer the question, I loathe burpees as well!!0 -

Running. It doesn't matter how fit I am, running is such a challenge for me both mentally and physically.0

Toes to bar or knees to elbow. Can't even do a single one.
