    Wooo hooo all!!! Let's get 'er done!!! So what types of exercise are in your plans tomorrow?

    I'm gonna shred it up with 30 day shred and a morning walk, I plan on some jumping jacks, push ups and planks too. And I just might shake it a little with 'Just Dance' for the Wii.

    Havent done one of these in awhile - I am also starting new hours at work tomorrow, but I am up for the challenge!!! 2 hours of exercise is a lot but I want to do it!!!

    I'm in! Went WAY over on my calories today (bf & little one wanted cookies, so I baked... and ate).

    Changing my AM run to 5 miles, instead of 5k (not quite double); jumping jacks, (girly) push ups and planks; and I just might start 30 Day Shred... it's been sitting on the shelf for SO long, I think Jillian is getting bored!

    I am soooooooooo in!!! Let's kick Wednesday to the curb!!!!!

    No eating without a cup of water first, no other liquids either without the water first.
    Elliptical, for sure. We will see what else, took a tumble off the step ladder (grace) while finishing the painting in the living room.
    Good news is I did not fall over the railing to the sunken entry, or through a window. Am a little sore and stiff here and there but not as bad as I expected. I bet I'll be ready to rumble by tomorrow!

    Not going to get a real workout in tomorrow but I will double my jj, plank, pushups (oh my!!) and add a double to my calve lifts and squats.....:bigsmile:

    LOVE THIS!!!!

    Last week I started doing a sculpt class and a spin class right afterwards on Wednesdays--one of my friends affectionately named it DoubleDown Wednesday...because we both felt like we were going to fall down about half way through--I like SKINNY Wednesday better! I have meetings during those classes tomorrow so I'm going to get it done in the morning (:huh:?!?!) for 90 minutes!

    Let's get it girls and guys!!!

    I've had 4 1/2 cups of water = 36 oz so far this morning. I think my exercise is going to be running to the ladies room all day.

    I'm up and not-so-at-em. But I'm sticking with my commitment.

    My plan is to double my lunch time walk from about 1 mile to just about 2 miles.

    My 5 mile run didn't *quite* happen this morning, at about 4 miles it started pouring. So I took a short cut home and did 100 jumping jacks in my garage. 64 oz of water so far :drinker:
    Lots of day left, maybe some wind sprints with my little one after school??

    wohooo I got it in! 28 min run on the treadmill, with a 5 min walk to warm up and 5 min to cool down, 30 on the eliptical, 10 on the stairmaster, 25 on the wave machine and 21 min on the bike for a whopping total of 124 mins :)

    Felt sooo great!!! I am already at 56 oz of water and still half the day to go! I will get in another 30-40oz at least!

    Great Job Everyone who has completed it so far! We are kicking butt this wednesday

    I doubled my walking distance at lunch. And I plan on doubling my workout today by talking another walk to the park with my son after work.

    It's mid afternoon/early evening....what all have you done today?

    I spent much of my morning/afternoon at the hospital so I haven't been able to do a whole lot. I did complete L1D9 of 30day shred. I also got in some push ups, planks, and jumping jacks this morning. I plan on getting an evening in after dinner, hopefully... water wise, I've drank 44oz and I just filled my 28 oz bottle again :D

    I've been in all day just didn't find the thread!! No wonder, Bru! I was looking for Fab! :bigsmile:

    So far I did C25K this morning - ran 25 min straight! And I have 2 walks done (30 min total) during my breaks here @ work. Tonight I'm headed to water aerobics at the gym, then I have my BMK challenge to get done once I get home. Who knows....maybe I'll add something else after that?!?!? :bigsmile:

    Also - I've got 14 (8oz) waters down the hatch already! :drinker:

    Did HORRIBLE with the water today... normally drink more than that....and got one round of the BMK workout in today and going to do another before bed.....good night ladies!!

    Got in two workouts. I doubled my distance on my first and I fit in a second. I so double-doubled!!

  • I did a ton of exercising today...45 min on treadmill...jumping jacks, crunches...those damn planks...so I definitely doubled. Drank a lot of fluid today also. Stayed under calorie...didn't eat exercise ones....and...finally....did NOT go over in my sodium. So Wed was a success for me!

    Congrats to everyone that took up the challenge.

    I didn't make it to the gym at lunch but did manage a 20 minute walk and an hour of belly dancing last night.

    As for the water I drank 12 cups = 96 oz

    I was a little discouraged with myself but realized you can only fail if you don't make an attempt.
